Danielle Zaror Miralles (PhD) LLB graduated Law School, Universidad de Concepción, with a Master's degree in Economic Law and a Doctorate in Law, both from the University of Chile. Her research focuses on the right to privacy, personal data protection law, ethical principles of artificial intelligence, digital governance, regulation, lawmaking, and qualitative empirical methods. Daniel Álvarez Valenzuela (PhD) LLB graduated Law School, Universidad de Chile, Computer Law Diploma, Master degree in Public Law and PhD at Universidad de Chile His research areas include cybersecurity, cyberdefense, privacy, and copyright. He is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Revista Chilena de Derecho y Tecnología (Chilean Journal of Law and Technology). He also serves as the Academic Coordinator of the Postgraduate Diploma in Cybersecurity and is a founder of the NGO Derechos Digitales. He was the first National Director of the National Cybersecurity Agency and Chairman of the Inter-ministerial Committee on Cybersecurity for the Government of Chile. Michelle Bordachar Benoit (LL.M.) She holds a Law degree (LL.B.) from the Universidad de Chile and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law, Investment, Trade, and Arbitration from the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and the Universidad de Chile. María de los Ángeles Fernández Grossetête (M. Sc.) She holds a Law degree (LL.B.) from the Universidad de Chile and a Master’s degree in Sociology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an M.Sc. in Legal and Political Theory from University College London (UCL). Her research areas focus on the right to personal data protection, the regulation and protection of critical infrastructure, among other subjects. She has an extensive professional background in regulatory law and legislative counseling. |
